As director of Poppybird Productions, I've had the pleasure to lead a team of 20+ students & professionals on this project through pre-production to post-production, offering briefs, managed outreach and onboarding, thorough revisions, and creative input. I was also responsible for all animation, co-directed musical composition, background paint, color design, and all conceptual work.
"Operation: Naughty 2 Nice!" | Lightbox 2025 Holly Jolly Paintathon (collaborative piece with Tulip Kim, Daniel Roman, Enya Zheng, Leo Motherway, Anna Weng). Responsible for character design, composition, partial BG render, character paint, and partial color harmonization.
